Poy has over 20 years of experience working with multinational organizations across industries and geographies, including Thailand, South East Asia, and the United States.  She is a rare mix of expertise who works as a web designer, digital creative director, Learning development / training academy director, and organizational change integration specialist.  

 

Her core competencies include organization development, change management, leadership, lean six sigma, and technical capability building.  

As a partner, Poy has been working on multiple digital transformations leveraging new ways of working, e.g., agile and collaborating with the omnichannel ecosystem.  She is deeply involved with the performance management system, performance improvement plans, performance coaching,  leadership, and functional academy.  

Poy holds a BA in advertisement from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, an MBA in marketing, and an MS in organizational development from the University of Delaware in the USA.  She received the Excellence in Practice award from the Association of Talent Development (ATD), USA, demonstrating enterprise-wide success in implementing various employee development programs.
